The Novotel Muscat Airport is a premier conference hotel located adjacent to Muscat International Airport, offering world-class meeting facilities, comfortable accommodation, and excellent dining — all in a single venue. The hotel provides a professional and welcoming environment for international delegates.
Conference rooms, catering, and all event logistics will be managed on-site. Delegates are encouraged to book accommodation at the venue hotel for convenience. A block booking rate for IAN Tech 2027 delegates will be announced in due course.
Getting to Muscat
Muscat International Airport (MCT) is served by major international airlines with direct connections to Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. The Novotel is located directly adjacent to the airport terminal.
The Novotel Muscat Airport is a short walk or complimentary shuttle ride from the arrivals terminal. Taxi and ride-hailing services are also available from the airport.
Delegates are encouraged to stay at the Novotel Muscat Airport for convenience. Alternative hotels in Muscat are available at various price points. A delegate accommodation guide will be published closer to the conference.
Visa Information
International delegates may require a visa to enter the Sultanate of Oman. Many nationalities are eligible for a visa on arrival or an e-visa. Delegates are advised to check the entry requirements for their nationality well in advance of the conference.
